If you have additional questions, shoot us an email or text us at 412-229-7258
Text us 24 hours before your pick up date and we will take you off the route.
If you keep the lid secured there won’t be any smells except when you add contents. Some people freeze their scraps until the day before pickups which completely eliminates odors. Additionally, we are experimenting with using coffee bean chaff as a deodorizer & may be able to provide you a bag full to sprinkle on top of the food scraps if it gets extra smelly.
Indefinitely unless canceled.
It keeps the bins clean and makes for an easier collection. We provide a dozen with the initial bin drop off & then can provide additional ones as needed.
Drop us a line & we can discuss.
In the Spring you will drop off a bag of compost (around 20lbs) to any customer who would like it.
